Works for my HTC Mogul. Version shown on the picture above is the 5 tab version, but when I installed it to my phone found out that it's actually the 6-tab version. Whomever uploaded that picture needs to change it to shows the 6 tabs instead of 5 tab picture.

Hmm.. great all around. but once i use the version that is compatible with the costomizer. i no longer have a working brightnes control... that was a killer feature, as indoors is the lowest setting and out doors was #2 or 3. the preset settings were perfect.. what happened the the brightness control on my tilt?

michael: part of the prob may b with the fact that the file name says hermes, not kaiser. the tilt is known as the kaiser or tytn2 or 8925.... take your pic.... i'm not sure the program will work properly on the tilt... i haven't installed it yet on my kaiser because the file that i dl said hermes like i mentioned above

I've been using v.1.0 since december and this version since march and I HAD to delete them. its a cool app. but its a memory hog and my mogul with only about 47mb of program memory was running with nothing but messaging open at around 37mb being used. if I was on the web and got a phone call the device locked up until the phone stoppeed ringing and my call was sent to voicemail. again extremely cool and useful just inhibits the main purpose of my device which is being a phone

Seems ok. I'm not finding any drastic new use with it though. In fact my IM+ stops showing on my today screen if i run this app. To those who were asking... to switch to and from Celsius, you do that on the city screen. Click options or whatever it is there and it lets you change it.

I abolutely love this application! I hope they develop one that will let you do different colors (red, chrome, orange, or blue). For those having problems with the weather stuck on Celsius, go to the select city screen then look down in the bottom right corner. Click on Menu Option, then you'll see the Fahrenheit button... works like a charm! I just wish it would let you do any city, instead of just major ones.

Installed this twice now on a brand new o2 Stellar, running WM6.1 Pro All OK until I got into the 'HTC Home' page, and then the machine siezes up completely. Can't get it to do a thing. The only way out is a hard reset (soft reset looks like it'll work, then it switches off again and restarts, continually). Anyone else had this, or know of a solution???

tried a few tricks to mod the mogul, and this one seems pretty cool so far. to all those who post, please make sure that you search before posting to avoid cluttering the page with duplicate issues, and list what ppc you are using. it makes it easier to address the issue. thanks to all of you who develop the products/hacks and tech support. a simple thanks is not enough. if you can't get what you need here, try ppcgeeks.com

unzip the htchome-2.1-hermes-n2a.cab.zip and you will get a htchome-2.1-hermes-n2a.cab file. Then, you can/should be able to install from it.

I loved this add-on with my Sprint Mogul WM6 then I updated it to WM6.1 and installed this add-on and BOOM! The phone keeps freezing up on reboot. Had to reset the phone. FYI for those that need to know. To do a hard reset on the Sprint Mogul push both soft keys and with the sylus push the reset button in the bottom.

I also had the same problem. It worked on my HTC Mogul and loved this plugin, but then I upgraded to WM 6.1 and the phone would always freeze at startup. Don't install it to your Mogul if you recently installed the new Sprint ROM

Canada Telus CDMA HTC Touch p3050 on Telus official Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM. Installed okay, but reboot locks up once the HTC Today/Home tries to load. It shows Active Sync and locks up. Had to hard reset (press-and-hold both green and red button, and then use the stylus to insert to that soft reset hole). OHHHHH DEAR!! What a mistake installing this onto my Keizer. Now it simply goes around in a reboot cycle, so that I can't uninstall it. I suppose that it's an expensive lesson in not downloading dodgy software!

Found a solution for this to work on a Mogul using WM 6.1 http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?s=699a571eddc368cf1153027e5ee01916&t=32584&page=2 Here is the text from that forum post: I had this problem as well, I ended up doing a hard reset and installed the latest HTC Home Customizer. you can get it from xda-developers, its HTC Home Customizer v1.0 Final. Once it's installed it will download and installed the newest version of the HTC Home plugin. I have had no problem so far using this method.

Thank you Chuck. I had to do several hard resets on my Mogul before getting this working. There seems to be some conflict with W6.1. Mogul users using The Sprint Mogul running W6.1 ROM MUST install HTC Home Customizer v1 Final. After install it will download and install this plugin. After everything is up and running you can uninstall the customizer if you'd like. Maybe there will be an update to fix this problem. Enjoy
